My name is Caroline, founder of Blade Inclusive Salon and I have lived in Lowestoft my whole life.
I am a mum of three. Two of my children are SEN, one diagnosed ASD, the other with a rare form of Epilepsy with only one in a million diagnosed.
I fully understand the complexity of additional needs and children who struggle with the process of having a haircut. My original inspiration was an organisation called “Autism Barbers Assemble” then combined with my hairdressing experience and with my two children being diagnosed SEN, The Sensory Studio was born!
Each haircut is designed around the child and to create the best possible way we can get to that perfect haircut. I like to do this by making them feel comfortable and for them to learn to trust me in what can be a very traumatic experience.

Hello, my name is Alli. I’ve been cutting hair for the best part of 20 years and based part-time at Blade Inclusive Salon for the last 4 years.
Hair care is my passion and I pride myself on my attention to detail and customer care. My services include haircuts for ladies, gents, boys and girls. Restyles, wash, cut and finishes. Wet or dry trims, blow dry's and straightening.
I also offer SEN appointments on the shop floor, if suitable for the client.
I look forward to meeting new clients and love to make you feel pampered and special when you leave the salon. I work Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Hi, I’m Em! A barber with 23 years of experience and a real passion for the craft. Over the years, I’ve built my career on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone who sits in my chair.
I specialise in working with both children & adults of all abilities, including those with additional needs. I understand that every client is different, and take pride in offering patient, understanding and personalised care to make every haircut a positive & stress-free experience.
Barbing is more than just a job to me - it’s about helping people feel confident, comfortable, and valued.
