In August 2026 we celebrated our 20th anniversary at Blade Inclusive Salon!

Supported by some fantastic local businesses and alongside our nearest and dearest, we chose to make our birthday not just a celebration of our success, but a fundrasier for a charity we hold close to our hearts.

Caroline, founder of Blade Inclusive Salon & Sensory Studio, spoke to BBC Suffolk last week to share the importance of SEN friendly and inclusive services.

They also shared the stories of some of our neurodivergent customers, and how the service has improved their lives.

The Big Draw is a global campaign championing the positive effects of drawing on wellbeing, creativity and social growth.

The annual festival encourages people to pick up a pen, pencil or crayon and get creative in any way they can!

Shane’s family have been visiting Blade since 2020, as the only salon in their area with a designated Sensory Studio - Blade has changed the way they view haircuts for the better.

Noah is 12, he’s been diagnosed with a rare chromosome disorder and severe non-verbal autism. We talked to Noah’s mum, Hayley, to find out more about their journey and how Blade has helped Noah’s confidence grow.
